Have a guy needing a quote for a snowmobile deck Powdercoated black.He is in Montana if it helps, the total materials used were about 80 ft of 2x2 square steel tubing and 16 ft of angle iron....

well, a typical chopper frame is about 24 feet of tube,and i get 280-300 for that. if you have 96 ft of tube and angle i would say in my area i would charge between 600-900 depending on what it looks like,masking,plugs,hard to get to areas.

What exactly is a snowmobile deck? Like a stand or something, or is it a tunnel/frame of sorts? Will it be an assembly, and what dimensions, or are you just coating the plates and the tubing seperately prior to assembly? Maybe a pic would help me visualize exactly what you'd be dealing with.

Its a framed deck that sits on top of the bed rails for a pickup truck.Holds to snowmobiles/Atv's on the deck.It will be welded up so i told him to search out someone with a big oven as its 8'x8'x4

They're kinda wierd when you see one for the first time. Makes the truck top heavy - bet it handles like crap. You don't see them cause you get plenty of snow and most people can ride where ever they're going.
