KL PRIMER IS NOT STICKING

ok i am powder coating a set of cast aluminum sport bike wheels and the KL primer is just building up it is not coating. any tips?

Make sure you've got a good ground. More info on your prep and maybe a pic would help...

BeeBob is correct.... grounding is a key factor when coating a part

Could you explain your statement "KL primer is just building up it is not coating".

I bet he means it's piling up in ridges or clumps like in corners or something, but not actually evenly covering the part?
