? about micro pearl red

Is the micro pearl red something that can be added to the super durable wet black or would I add it to a clear?
I want to coat a Harley frame black with red pearl. Also if added to clear what clear would be the best?, highest gloss and durabillty.

I have had excellent results both ways.More dramatic results in the clear,depends what you are looking for.

Thanks guys, I guess I was thinking along the lines of in the clear (because that is the way I would paint it, but I wasn't sure about how it would work best in powder).
I sure will post some pics when it is done but it will be awhile because it will be a winter project.
