When you say "three sides" does that mean you're masking off one side (the back I assume)?

I'll try and get a few pics next time they load me up. Couple of weeks ago, I had crap scattered everywhere. Wasn't a clean horizontal surface in the building, and most of the shop floor was full of the larger pieces. They've kinda slowed down to a normal pace the last week, so I can finally catch my breath. They just about killed me the first 30 days.

I'd say $4-$5 each for everything except the last item. Those larger letters would be around $15-$18 each. Now this is for a one time deal. If this may turn into something more, you've got some room to negotiate. Since the prep is minimal (basically already in your polishing price), the parts are small (so you can do a bunch at a time) and it's a single shot of clear, you may be able to knock as much as 20% off the price and still be competitive.
With all the production work I fell into recently, the smallest piece I've done (besides screws and misc. hardware) is a solid metal disk about 2.5" dia. x 1.5" thick with some fancy machining done to them - I still charge $5 each no matter how many they bring. Sometimes it's 10, sometimes it's 100. Sometimes it's only 1, but there's always a ton of other crap to do with them. But it's also always no prep other than blow off the dust. Everything this customer has brought me so far is hand prepped by their people to an almost "brushed stainless" look, and I'm shooting it with satin clear.
