I get $250 and up on Long Tubes and that is hand polished. If they are very intricate or large tubes then I have went up to $325 for a set. I dont add for the hand polishing because its not the customers fault I dont offer vibratory polishing. I have employees though so I usually wind up with $40-60 in labor to polish them.
Thanks for info...

What do you guys Charge for Ceramic coating a set of Long tube headers in Chrome ?
And do you polish them by hand ? How much extra do you charge for Chrome to cover your labor to Polish ?
Ive always tried to push customers to other colors for Two reasons, one Because of Chrome's lower Temp rating & Two Because it takes me 3-6 Hrs for the polishing Step..
Any other color i have about 2-3 Hrs Labor total in a set of long Tubes.. with The chrome it closer to 6-8 Hrs total.. Ive been looking at Pricing on the Bigger Powder company websites that also Do ceramic coating and Most charge close to the Same price for Chrome as there other color's... Im assuming that they must be polishing with large Vibrating Tumblers ??
Now that PBTP has there new Ceramic Primer to use as a base coat that will help raise the temp rating for chrome. I would like to offer the chrome more to Customers but i need to Figure out Price to justify extra cost for the additional Primer Coat & polishing Labor...
