  • Question on Ultimate Chrome

I'm going to doing a throttle body in Ultimate Chrome. The cure schedule says 350* for 15 minutes. Would it be possible to to cure at 325* or even 300* for say 30 minutes or so? The reason I ask, is because there are what look to be some seals around the butterfly shaft, that I cannot get out. I don't see any possible way of removing them .

Thanks in advance for the help.

              For what it's worth-
I have baked a few ford throttle bodies up to 365 with no issues. I think the seals are silicon

              Your mileage may vary-

If it happens to be for an ls1 or ls6 car I have done them at 400 degrees with no problems
