    Re: POWDER CONTAINERS

What kind of container does pbtp powder come in? I ordered some that is supposed to be here monday, and it is the first powder I have ordered from here. Caswell's stuff come in 1qt paint cans, and they work really well. I have a source to buy new empty cans, but I have to order them 56 at a time. I really like the cans too, they stack nicely, seal up good.

PBTP's powder comes wrapped in two plastic bags tied at the top with reusable zip ties.

Thanks. I think I might order the cans. Anyone want some? They cost me $1.25 apiece.

I use the same ones zx10. They work out great for me, cause I never buy more than 5 pounds at a time of anything.

That's what I use as well.

They are Rubbermaid Square Canisters and come in 2 qt. and 1 gal. Perfect for the quantities I order. I usually use those for colors I keep in stock and keep the "special" colors in their original bags since I don't really like to waste an entire container for 1/4 lb. that's left after a job. Check them out, like the others said they are available at Wal-Mart for 2-4 bucks I think.

I always peel the label off the bag from PBTP and stick it on the container using some scotch tape, works well

What do you do to avoid clumpy powder/powder going bad? I have started putting black tape(electrical) around the lids to seal them up better
